Dr Elle Ryan, Chiropractor

*Please note: Dr Elle only consults at Mile End Chiropractic Centre occasionally. The majority of the time she works at her own practice located in Stirling (Stirling Family Chiropractic).

Elle was first introduced to chiropractic in her late teens following a serious netball injury which resulted in knee surgery. The chiropractic treatment she received assisted in her recovery, rehabilitation and overall sport performance. Elle believes it's crucial for your body to move well to prevent injuries, this is especially important for sports and exercise but also for your day-to-day activities.

In her treatment sessions Elle utilises a hands on approach by combining manual adjustments (manipulation) with low force techniques such as Drop Piece, Activator, mobilisations and soft tissue therapy.

Elle has experience dealing with sporting injuries (especially netball) and has a special interest in women and children’s chiropractic. She believes it’s crucial to combine chiropractic care with healthy lifestyle choices to achieve optimum outcomes.
